I must congratulate you,RajaPrabhu Manogaran, for your effort in putting Thaniyamanagalam on the internet and for the detailed information about the village. I am originally from Thethampatti but I never lived there permanently. I am the elder son of Ceylon Marimuthu. My cousin brothers KP. Pandi Ambalam and Marimuthu Ambalam live in Thethampatti. During my school days my parents lived in Chennai and I was with my grandparents in Thekkur(native village of Karumuthu Thiyagarajan chettiar, the founder of Madurai Thiyagaraja Engineering college). While I was studying in Thekkur, I used to visit Thethampatti during my school vacation(1968 to 1970). I did not visit Thethampatti since 1975 so I was delighted to see information about Thaniyamanagalam on the internet. This truely shows your passion about your native village. Well done.
